These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of obsrv.ca and any engagement with OBSRV for mystery shopping and guest experience intelligence services. By contacting us or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
OBSRV provides mystery shopping and guest experience evaluation services for restaurant and hospitality businesses in Ontario, Canada. Specific scope, pricing, and deliverables for each engagement are agreed upon separately following an initial consultation.
While we conduct evaluations with care and professionalism, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as increased revenue, review scores, or customer retention) resulting from our recommendations.
Reports and materials we prepare for a client are provided for that client's internal business use.
Payment terms are established individually per engagement and will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
To the extent permitted by law, OBSRV's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
We treat information shared with us about your business as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver the agreed service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
We may revise these Terms from time to time; continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
